Online Courses are adapted from our Institute Courses, and they provide a way for those who cannot take time to travel for training, to gain the advantages of our specialized educational courses.

Online courses consist of an assortment of video, audio, and text instructions, combined with assignments, reviews by professional trainers, and helpful reference materials. If you are a dedicated student, who can consistently complete your lessons and assignments, you can obtain either single skill training, or full certification.

Full certification requires that you complete on-the-job training, in either a paid or apprenticeship capacity. Your work is then monitored by your Institute Instructor, and you are credited according to your accomplishments on the job. Your Instructor will also provide assistance to help you produce high quality work, and to ensure that the training process continues through your work experience period.  Both self-employment, and traditional employment qualify for on-the-job training. Volunteer or unpaid internships qualify for apprenticeship training. Employer participation and strict verification standards are required.

Online courses are not the answer for everyone. They involve a great deal of independent study, and the ability to learn from the available instructional materials. A personal instructor is assigned to answer your questions and provide helpful guidance.

A wide range of resources are provided with online courses. They are not dependent upon your use of a specific type of software, or any specific operating system. If you are on a tight budget, free software is almost always an option, and we provide you with access to good, functional, legal, free software.

Your training will cover all aspects of the skills you set out to learn. Our goal is to not just provide you with step-by-step how-to instructions, but to teach you the underlying reasons why some things work, and others do not, and when those rules may change due to various dynamics of individual circumstances. We don't just tell you something CAN be done, we illustrate HOW it is done, and we provide you with tools to do it yourself, and with a series of strategies that can be applied with consistently good results.
